Why do I have to submit my phone number on the pin pad separately when I have the app? seems like this should be automatically uploaded. Also, I am not getting the discounts anymore very dissatisfied.

The cashiers in this store are always welcoming and polite.

I evidently miskeyed my phone number when signing up so I cannot get the verification key and I cannot correct the problem anywhere that I can find but the app. I tried to reregister but it won’t let me as my email is already associated with my miskeyed phone number. No response from contact us form at all not even a we got your complaint email. Very frustrating.

None of your employees know how the reward system works. The only time I get to use the reward system is when I’m pumping gas because every other time the employee screws it up because you never trained them how to do anything and mind you that is every single cover Cumberland Farms

The app is not user friendly. Clumsy to use at checkout. The deals are harder to access. The pay at the pump works about half the time, losing out on the 10 cents off. This app needs some work.

I don’t like that to manually enter my phone number at the register. And I don’t like that I have to manually enter my pin.

I like the old way of smart pay and rewards much better than the current way of getting credit for buying fuel from Cumberland Farms.

Very pleased with the service it offers. Occasionally gets locked up due to password/pin issues.

I signed up for the app from a sign at Turkey Hill. Now I get fantastic text messages with great offers and discounts. Just enough texts to keep me interested and coming back. I love it!

Great food, great gas

Make sure you never forget your pin. They lock your SmartPay rewards account if you get it wrong. Then you have to call an 800 number or get it unlocked. They make it very complicated.
