Went to sign up but far too much BS setting it up just to be tracked. I'm already tracked enough and the age part has this stupid calendar that you have to go back year by year. Cheaper coffee is not enough of an incentive for the time it takes to set up an account

SmartRewards is a fail. For the third visit in a row it failed to authorize my gas purchase. Forced me to change my password, and then after logging in it didn't recognize my PIN. I give up and am all done with CVS.

The smart reward for Cumberland Farms app is just horrible. It absolutely does not work. They should’ve left it alone. I used to use it all the time and now just deleted the app. I have called to complain about this, but they have not made any improvements. I am done with using this app for gas at Cumberland farms. Deleted!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This app is horrible. I dint my .10 discount, it hold 175.00 when I pump gas and cumbys employees are clueless about the App because no one trained them. I deleting this app will pay at the cahier when I get gas. DONT WASTE YOU TIME WITH THIS APP.

Add me to the list of people who think the new app sucks!! Couldn’t get gas since my payment method wouldn’t load up. Didn’t have cash. Went home. Going to FL Roberts in the morning. This is like the third time I have had trouble with the app.

Agreed - the new SmartPay app is THE WORST!! When I went inside for help the woman rolled her eyes and said “Didn’t I help you with this the other day?” (she hadn’t). Without asking she grabbed my phone and started closing all my open apps! I closed more apps but it still wouldn’t authorize and wouldn’t even let me sign in. I’M DONE - no more Cumberland Farms!! Fortunately a new Irving station opened up not too far away - they have the same deal so I’m going there.

New app is worse yet! In fact, I've deleted it now and am using the Mobil Gas app - works as you would expect. Why does the smart pay app need an email, then pin - which usually seems to not work and lock up your account. The IT at smart pay should look at making it easier for their customers. I always enjoyed the rewards (and have a Cumby's and Fas Trac near me) - but now off to Mobil.

The new app is horrendous, since the new app launched I haven't been able to pay at the pump like I did before with the older system. I have to go inside the store and prepay on the app and have an assiociate activate the gas pump. Their IT department needs to upgrade and rectify these issues before they lose all of thier customers. I'm about had it with this BS... 0 Stars...

The new app sucks, when I went inside to attempt to redeem the new money rewards. The employee said she didn’t know how it works and I had to pay for the drink. What happened to my free drinks?!?

NEW APP SUCKS SO BAAAD!! WENT TO CAPE COD IN MASS AND TRIED SEEING IF THE APP WORKS THERE AS IM FROM SARATOGA SPRINGS, AND THIS APP SUCKED THERE AS WELL. Why isn't Cumbys doing anything to fix this? I hear customers complaining EVERYWHERE but nothing is being done to fix this new horrible app. They just wanted to change it to remove the way customers got free stuff such as the drinks and food. The new system cheats us of the freebies we got for fueling often. CUMBYS,YOU SUCK NOW!!

The app wont load, all my information is gone, all the rewards is gone from the past year is gone. Will have to go else where for gas. The app developer and those approved the launch should be fired.

Since you launched new app, I have purchased zero gas or anything else bc the app stinks and won’t load, let me sign in. I’m fed up and will just shop elsewhere. You messed up a good thing.

This app SUX!!! I've been using Smartpay for years, then yesterday I tried to buy gas and for 10 minutes I couldn't figure out how the stupid app works. Went in the store and they couldn't help me either. I'm a $100 per week customer (or was), I'm done with Cumbys!!

I signed up with a competitor which was easy and not aggravating.
